Jim, Congratulations on getting to the plans stage! Best of luck with everything downstream. Moving out while it happens will save your sanity, good move!

I have preliminary drawings and plans completed, to be converted into construction and permit drawings, then permitted in June and then start the build in July. Will take 9 months to a year to complete (although we have decided to move out during construction, which should help things move marginally faster).
