I did the same thing in our bedroom, I have a pair of Sonus Faber Liuto bookshelves.....beautiful speakers.....that I wanted to set up as a secondary system in the master. I had them paired with a Line Magnetic tube integrated but just never really used it and ended up selling it to a forum member about a year ago. I ended up buying the new Sonos amp so it would integrate with the rest of the system. It works well although the sound quality compared to the LM integrated is not close. Based on how much I use it, it's still OK. I can play at a pretty nice volume level, especially in the bedroom where I'll never crank it up too loud.
