There is no more "value" in an Audio Note Gaku On for $300k as there is an $800k tourbillon. A Swiss watchmaker makes under $100k in yearly wages, way under in most cases. Even if it takes a year to put one together as they claim, that's $100k plus what a few thousand dollars more in "raw" materials. The rest of the $800k is divided up between the manufacturer and 30-40% dealer margin for selling you that tourbillon in white gloves. That's the problem with our civilization and always has been. Greed, power and control and ultimately it will end badly as we all know too well.
