Matias.......According to the sticker on the enclosure, this is only an EMI filter, not an RFI/EMI filter. The box would need to be installed inside a grounded metal junction box with the proper load receptacle for your amplifier plug. Although the device states it is rated for 10 amp loads I would be less than confident about that rating. The McIntosh MC452 is rated at 120V ~ 50/60Hz at 10 Amps, 230V ~ 50/60Hz at 6 Amps. This would make me think the MC452 would work with this device in line on the supply voltage but personally I don't think I would ever put such a device on my audio system's power line. I would be concerned about failure and lowered electrical supply performance with something like this powering my amplifier.

What exactly is the issue you are trying to resolve?
