They obviously think they have the talent to be a superbowl team and the coaching is the key. Which makes sense given how they did two seasons ago and the massive regression on all sides of the football this season. It's worth the gamble. If they're wrong, it's only money and they'll have craploads of it once they get to that new stadium in Vegas.
