Default The menu of food SuperBowl LIII

OK I think for most non hard core football folks it is more about the food, and drinks.

I am Both, but will step it up for the wife today with all days foods and drinks. All about the quality more than the quantity.

So maybe you folks can list your menus.

I will start
So, after a small breakfast we must have a bloody Mary or 2 with a mix of Gin and Vodka, twist of lemon and lime and a few large queen olives

Appetizers (all home made). New England style Clam Chowder, thick creamy rich with a hint bacon not to much... but enough to complement the dozen + other ingredients. Cheese sticks, jalapeno poppers(wrapped in bacon), queso cheese dip on the spicy side, and home made salsa with on the border chips warmed of course! And a veggie tray with various dips.

Homemade Mac/Cheese/Lobster with some bacon too of course

Baby back ribs falling off the bone with a little sweet and heat going on with a proper smoke ring

Hot wings medium hot with butter, garlic and Louisiana hot sauce and chunky thick blue-cheese.

Ice cold Red Lodge Montana Hefeweizen with lemon. Thinking some a nice bottle of 2016 Foley Estates T Anchor Pinot Noir, Sta. Rita Hills. Will go great with the Ribs

And so after game a chilled glass with 2 fingers of Booker's Small Batch Bourbon on the rocks stuff is hot at 131 proof on the rocks.. granite frozen ones of course and a nice cigar!
