18-20 foot run from my Source stack and the Amp. My stack is on the side of the room, with the amp(s) at the front between the speakers. I have used 3 cables now with excellent results - BlueJeans RCA and XLR, and a set Zu Cable Event RCA. Not had an issue.
With the final amp looking to be a balanced amp, I am looking into an upgrade for the BlueJeans. Not in a hurry though.
