You should check out Lamiable. We encountered their champagne as it was the champagne we were served at Osteria Francescana in Modena (one of the worlds top restaurants). It was the Lamiable Grand Cru Extra Brut.
So this autumn we took the RV to Champagne for some "shopping". The Extra brut is only 22 USD - a steal to say the least.
