Not to beat a dead horse on this metadata issue, but I wonder if anyone has a sense of what the barriers are to Meridian implementing a full export, music files and metadata (embedded in the flac files or as text files or whatever)? My mind goes in various directions, including:
Why would anyone ever leave our system, so what's the point?
Contractual agreement with AMG not to give perpetual access to the downloaded metadata?
Just more work that's deemed not necessary from their standpoint?
Just wondering...
