Cool The World's Most Powerful Telescope James Webb

OK this is a very cool, and that is not a good enough word to describe how complex and mind blowing even building this new scope is. It deploys if it stays on schedule in Oct 2018. There are other major new scopes being built on the planet that will stay Earth grounded as well, but this makes the Hubble look like in comparison a toy 100x times more powerful.

I think a lot of us audiophiles can, and do appreciate technology, even if you are not a space cowboy etc... I really do recommend you catch this 1 hour on TV, unlike most TV this is an hour of your time well spent to at least open your eyes, "no pun intended", to at least think about the ability to capture life and see to a point to put a dent in the size and scope of the size of the endless space well call outer space.

Many people think only scopes like those of the big names are what we have, but there has been in the last 5+ years a HUGE undertaking to build machines that dwarf what we have today, and make scopes like Palomar seem smallish.

This newly designed and being built space scope the Webb is used to even capture light we can not see, infrared. See light over a vast distant changes and bends from white light to non-visible light. They touch on this and keep it simple enough for all of us to grasp in this show.

The James Webb Space Telescope, this is a great watch show on the Science Channel, it is on again today. Check your local listing, but it is 7pm MT time this Sunday and aired last night.

I think this is going to be a great release for Fiona Joy and she does a great engineering job on the quality as well. How fitting is this!
