No, but Roon IS designed with the idea of using Meridian Endpoint.
There are many ways to do execute a Roon Playback system.. here is how I am doing it. (successfully, too)
I am using my iMac for my library (Server) and Macbook Air (Transport/Player and Remote) connected to my McIntosh C2500 Preamp with a generic USB A to B cable. The C2500 has TI PCM1975 BurrBrown DAC, good for 32bit, 192Khz. (Roon plays music in it's native sample rate. There are plans to upsample. If you select any of the DSP functions all music is unconverted to 24bit)
One could have a $200 Laptop and do everything.
