How about some bacon-spinach quiche pic's? Bacon, Jarlsberg (grated), bacon, blend 8 eggs and a pint of heavy cream and 2 cups of chopped spinach and pour in. Bake and, voila - quiche.





Lunch after a few hours of gardening/yard work.
