Usually leave that up to the wife with her Italian "froth machine". Have to admit......... these are really tasty with a good cup of coffee. I like them hot out of the oven and my wife likes them stone cold (room temp). I made the last six with pecans in them for her. Orange, banana-nut is next (next week).  Takes about 45min to whip up a batch, including the 20min in the oven. Grind the beans and toss in the coffee brewer. Get all the ingredients laid out and pour the first cup. By the time the muffins come out of the oven it time for cup number 2. Works great.
