I have not compared your choices. My peanut comments are:
Both the DP are SACD players, primarily and have substantial mechanical engineering for the Optical disc support and playback mechanism.
The PSAudio rips CDs on the fly, and would have a linux type computer built in for audio processing and by the size of the unit, would have an OEM solution for the CD transport and not in the same league as the Accuphase models. It doesn't play SACD either.
As for SQ, the PSAudio design would sound like computer audio.
