To me 85mm is the sweet spot, I own a few:
Contax Planar 85/1.4 which I use once in a while on a Fuji ML camera, not the easiest thing to focus and quite a "particular" rendering of the out of focus area but quite unique;
Nikon 85/1.8A a lens which I got off of my dad which we converted to Ai mount when I was a teen, use it very rarely but surprisingly good even on modern camera/sensor;
Nikon 85/1.4D which I got a few weeks ago right after my beloved Nikon D800 got splashed off a huuuuuge saltwater wave so I coudln't really test it yet, but I know it won't disappoint.
End of the day pick? 85mm!!!
