Carlos.......The newest Sony 4K Blu-ray player is the UBP-X1000ES that retails for $499.00. It does have a separate HDMI audio output, as well as coaxial and optical digital outputs. It also has stereo left and right channel outputs, but these outputs are unbalanced (RCA) only. The player also lacks the 7.1 analog outputs that the new Panasonic DP-UB9000 provides, a feature that may or may not be important depending on the installation. The Panasonic DP-UB9000 also supports HDMI audio output, but does not support DVD-Audio or SACD. It's retail price is said to be $1200.00.
