Jim, take heart. Rates are extremely low. You only go around once. After you get what you want and settle in you will be glad. Although not in the same ball park with your project I did an upgrade costing several hundreds of thousands. The silver 24' IC's hurt my soul terribly. But now the pain is completely gone. Also, I'm so happy for you that you have found a speaker you really like. Most go from speaker to speaker without ever finding satisfaction. The highend can be a source of immense satisfaction or frustration.
