I don't have any first hand experience with it, but one thing to note is that the US distributor mentioned in the video's description no longer has anything to do with this company's products. He was initially strongly promoting, selling it and claiming to support his customers with any needed US service, but it was a short lived association. Now he's bad mouthing the product which he previously praised and no longer sells or supports it. I believe that US sales are now factory direct.
This DAC definitely has its supporters and the manufacturer has a good reputation from owner comments I've seen.
