Wow, I don't know how I missed this thread over the past week (I swear I've been checking the GIK forum?!)
Anyways, glad that everyone else has had a good experience and I'm glad Christina sorted you out Don. It's fairly easy to get frustrated at such things. You wait for products to be built, and shipped, and when they finally get there you're so eager to get them up and listen to the difference, it can definitely be a frustrating experience when you've got an additional delay when you're not sure how to mount them.
In either case, even if someone does get worked up or confused I'm glad there are forums for people to discuss it publicly. Though I wouldn't want people to be disappointed with our products or service, I'd rather work for a company that is aware of our mistakes instead of pretending like they don't happen, and a forum is a great place to discuss such things.
