Ivan, I just saw your reply. Thank you. I agree there is no pressing need to upgrade the OS. It nags me whenever I log into it, but since it's a dedicated music server that I operate headless with audirvana, it's not a big problem. I just hate being so out of date. That said, things are sounding great and I wouldn't want to do the teac firmware update. I also don't want to pay for the USB upgrade...id rather spend that money on a k-03x or k-01x
