The interesting thing is that while Ethernet cables can matter, most of us use very long runs which if you by an AQ Diamond Ethernet cable would cost many, many thousands of dollars. But if you use something like the Gigafoil or a switch, you can use ‘normal’ Ethernet cables to your rack into the Gigafoil etc, then use a short section of High quality Ethernet cable. It’s like magic. A Gigafoil is much less expensive than 4 or 5 meters of expensive silver or silver coated cable.
