Yep that should be sufficient and yes treatments will help. I haven’t heard the 611’s but did hear the previous 601’s and preferred the 1.2KW’s as the 800’s like the extra grunt. Definitely go mono block amps if you can afford to - you’ll appreciate the speakers that much more...
