Another person to add to the customer service all stars...Gary Daton, VP US Sales. Within a few minutes of James responding here, he had Gary call me. Gary was extremely patient and helpful. I now know much more about how to set up and maximize the capabilities of the Bryston.
James, Mike and Gary are the faces of one of those very rare audio companies that do customer service so well.
One bonus of Gary's help, he showed me how to unlock a vast music library a friend gave me on an external hard drive. In total, over 34,000 songs for an estimated 111 days of solid listening.
Now I know how I'm going to get through this damn pandemic!
