I sent email to Mike Sastra at Audio Classics last night and heard back from him this morning. He said he would check with Ryan (I'm assuming he is their tech) and would get back to me soon. I haven't heard back, but in the mean time the preamp did it again today. I checked the firmware and it is 1.03. I don't know if that is the latest or not. If it needs to go back to them, I was hoping to drive down there on Monday as its about a 4 1/2 hour ride. I will send another email first thing Monday morning.
My system was really sounding great, so great that I couldn't wait to listen to it every day but after the first mishap with the preamp, the system doesn't seem as involving or as it did before. I hope it is just my imagination.
Update: I got email from Mike at AC, he is going to exchange the preamp for another one. I am going to drive down on Monday and make the swap.
