I think I saw this video on 20/20 a few months back. If I remember correctly the instigator(guy that got his ass kicked) is serving time. If you start a fight, you cannot pull a firearm to stop the now pissed-off perp. De-escalation is key. I have learned to substitute my middle finger for a thumbs up
