I'm thinking about adding a sub, but have stayed away for many of the same reasons you have - room space, difficulty in blending it into my system, etc. But the G2 has my interest, and being able to use it without adding room correction software would be an added bonus.

I ended up selling the MEN-220 and purchasing the G1 and kept if for about 4 to 5 months. I recently swapped out my 1.2k amps for D'Agostino Momentum's at which time I traded back the G1. The Momentum's work much better with the bass units in my 111F's and for the time being I am more than happy with the bass output.
