Ok, I've sold my esoteric a02 and moved back to tubes in the form of a Ref150SE.
I really just kind of fell in love with it after my dealer let me borrow it for a month.
I am beginning to believe that in order to achieve the best sound, it pays to use the same brand preamp and power amp. The ref6 pairs with anything, but pairing with audio research amps gives you just a little something special [emoji106]
