I think the speedtest server you select is just a server you are hitting for the test, you can't route your internet through a specific server. So the best you can do is pay for the Blast or whatever the best they offer in your area is, and have a tech from comcast come out and check your signal strength. I had some issues and they put a booster on my line and it solved the problem.

That is what I figured. As I noted above my ~180mbps is from my wireless connected laptop.
