Network Server Question
A question for those of you who better understand internet access than I.
Normally I access the internet with pretty good speeds. I use Comcast and when I run either Speedtest or SpeedofMe the results come back at around 175mbps. I thought a couple of sites were a bit slow this morning so when I ran Speedtest it came back with numbers only around 50mbps via a Comcast server. I then chose a different server and it returned normal numbers in the 180mbps range.
My question is there any way I can direct my access to the net thru the faster server?
About a month ago I had to call Comcast and ask them to do something on their end to return my speeds to the ~175-180 range.
