I also have his CD and I read the white papers. A must have for anyone with a sub. I used the method to integrate a f110 in my home theater setup. It really works. But there I could use AV pre/pro to set distance to mains to be >10 ft than the sub distance to compensate for group delay in the sub.

If you are one cycle behind at e.g. 80 hz then you are not time correct or even phase correct at any frequency other than the crossover frequency.

My understanding is that the magic comes from being time correct. I'd like to know how people with 2 channel systems are accomplishing this. If you sit 15' from your speakers you could just move sub closer, but this is not possible for many (most) of us.
