So, my direct question to you all is this.

If I install 20 Amp lines, what considerations do I need to have for the power cords for the equipment I plug into them? Seems like the cords need to be 12 X 3 cords. But, can a typical IEC plug work on the equipment end and a 3 prong US plug work on the other? I have seen hospital grade outlets with an extra small horizontal section in them (vs. standard 120V, 15 Amp lines).

Call me 'at attention' and trying to dot the i's and cross the t's.
Craig.......You can install the combination 20 amp receptacle and have both bases covered.
