Nick.......I have no personal experience with HRS isolation bases. No experience with Symposium isolation bases, either. I do use Symposium Fat Padz under a solid maple Boos Block that my Michell Gyro SE turntable sits on. Beyond that, my experience with isolating gear has centered on Symposium Rollerblock Jr.'s and now Stillpoints Ultra Mini's.

My experience with Stillpoints Ultra Mini's has demonstrated to me that they offer a superior performance bump than do the Rollerblock Jr.'s. I also like that my gear doesn't wiggle to the touch with the Stillpoints like it did with the Rollerblock Jr.'s. Stillpoints are the way to go in my opinion.
