Jerome, very sexy! Perusing that review, I noticed the build quality of these units making their "value" higher than so many other components out there! These are not some stamped sheet metal units
It reminds me of the build of Ayre components.
Not to mention the high quality caps, transformers and more than adequate power supplies, as well as laser assemblies and transport mechanism.

As far as SACD, I for one would not miss it. I prefer the XRCD by a wide margin due to the source of the musical content (analog master tapes) and the manufacturing differences. XRCD breathes with life and analog warmth.
