Yes the WA6 has a little less low end umph, I go the model WA-6SE with more power and it is night to day a better amp, but with the nicer tubes will run over $1400. You can upgrade better parts in the Woo WA6 and it is better than stock, but is not the same as the better amps in the over 1K range.
