So, after more though and incorporating some suggestions for a gear room, here is the updated plan, the whole basement is there. and the updated front of the theater. With the gear now not on the front, I can fit a bigger screen = 115".
We actually have a free weekend with no soccer or birthday parties... so tomorrow it will be more dry-lock on the walls. I think I'm at a good point with the plans so will try to get the permit process started next week and my try to go ahead and install the electrical sub-panel.
