Oh well.
I tried and tried, but I could not get the XA100.8s to integrate into my system and have decided to send them back.
Somehow the units I received sounded rolled off in the mids and highs with my gear.
It was an interesting experience to lust after these newer amps for months and then receiving them and not being able to make them work in my system.
The silver lining is that I scratched the upgrade itch and won't have to make the significant cash outlay to move up the food chain. This experience has given me a new appreciation for keeping a system mostly intact if everything seems fine with it.
