What roaster did you get?
WHERE do you do the roasting? In my experience, roasting coffee smells up the house with the smell of a dull warped saw blade trying to cut a piece of wood.
ROASTING coffee doesn't smell anything like the final product we enjoy.
I just buy coffee locally roasted in the last few days.
