I have read it's an issue but I've run the same set for over a year. That said I have stockpiled about a dozen well matched tubes. Another tube I really like but forgot to mention are the Mazda military silver plates as well as the earlier Mazda long grey plates.....outstanding tubes. Brent Jesse seems to have a good supply.
