I have a headless (no monitor, keyboard, or mouse) Mac Mini running Roon. The SSD inside contains both my music library and the Roon software. I can control the Mac Mini with either my iMac desktop or VNC on my iPad. It’s a very simple, trouble-free system that just flat out works.
