I bought my first house 20 years ago 2 blocks down the street from the beautiful old craftsman home that was in the movie. I would ride my mountain bike past it on the way to the local trails into the San Gabriel mountains many times. Was my favorite house in all of Monrovia, CA at that time.
Seeing that house again was the only highlight of the movie for me...
