Thanks for posting this article, Cyril. I own the ARC Ref 10 and its synergy with ARC Ref CD-9 Player and Vandersteen M7-HPA Mono Amps is off the charts great. After reading this article, I can't help but wonder if the Berning Amplifier is that great a match with the Ref 10. I find in my system that the Ref 10 beautifully delivers the subtleties of detail and nuance as well as shades of tonality that the author attributes to the CJ GAT 2. At this level, proper component matching is more important than ever and it appears that with the Berning Amplifier that some of these subtleties may be left on the table.
