Funny you should mention that -- last Tuesday, I had my builder stop by and walk the area over and we discussed what's involved to turn 3/4ths of the area into a 'man attic.' Rest of area would be storage & retain access to the split HVAC system.
Problem is, I want a pool table up there and not enough room for a dedicated listening area and a separate area for the table.
So...I ponder. The wife isn't too keen on it; but, I have to go s l o w.
