I believe almost all of the Mullard tooling went to Japan. The Telefunken & Phillips machinery went to Ei in the former Yugoslavia and Russia. M&O Valve equipment went to China. Interesting article(s) and data at the jacmusic website. There's a wealth of info there.
There is still tooling stored out in the wild, including in the States, but who knows what condition it's in.
