Hi, Oh yes they are definitely run in. I don't know how to best describe it but the way they produce the bass notes is just goosebump inducing. The Mids and Highs are incredible, I usually hear something new every time I listen to old favorites, like a bump of the mic, a sigh, breath, shuffle of an instrument like a guitar etc.

I don't know how to put into audiophile words but these just smash past anything I've ever heard. There's a couple of songs where it's just blindingly obvious what they can do. One of my favorites is "Champion Jack Dupree - Mr. Dupree Blues" I love this because I really feels as if I'm sitting there right in front of his piano while he's mumbling bumbling through the song intro/monologue, then he hits the song itself. Holy cow.

I play that one for anyone who walks through my door.

#2 - Eric Bibb - Where the Green Grass Grows
#3 - Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody

Here's my goosebumps playlist otherwise known as "the show off playlist"
