When I break in I use full range music almost all day and interleave the Isotek disc, track 2 for large systems, repeating that 3 or 4 times then back to music. I have not noted any acceleration of burn in with any method....
Only exception is any Shunyata cable or component that has been KPIP processed which to my ears drastically shortens the whole process.
