Ha. OK. Maybe I wasn't clear, but inherent in my question was "how do they compare in SQ"? I wound up getting a Krell S-1200 to do double duty as processor and preamp, and it's a fantastic sounding unit! Absolutely no regrets, as it has taken my system to new heights. However, I'm still quite interested in the CP-800 vs SSP-800 comparison, if you don't mind sharing.
