Just got a SMS from local dealer (and in the Meridian forum - said the same thing).
6th FEB 2012, the update will be available.
V2.1 Build 386 will be pushed to ALL Meridian Digital Media Systems!
The main reason for this update is to prepare ALL Meridian Digital Media Systems for the forthcoming release of the Meridian Media Core Control App for iPad.
Build 386 will enable system cores to perform necessary background tasks so that when the App becomes available, all systems will work seamlessly.
This update will bring:
1. Ability to view storage status.
2. Management of export settings.
3. Option to transfer play queues between zones.
4.Option to delete ALL albums within a collection or albums identified by one or more tags.
5. Pickup remote support.
6. Option to view installation information.
Once update installed, recommend that ALL Meridian Digital Media Systems components on the network to be rebooted.
