Here is one example where a non-destructive queue comes in handy like they have in SooLoos. If I am listening to a album for a film score or a compilation of scores I can delete the ones I may no want to hear for awhile. I can then save the remaining tracks and either append them to a current playlist of similar music or create a playlist on its own. This was much more difficult with the way Roon handled the queue in the past.
