Yep, that has been my experience as well. I see it almost every time I drive, and the driver has always been a female. It's not just the millennials, either--"soccer Moms" might be the worst.
In traffic I think men are too focused on "gaining an advantage" and switching lanes constantly to get one car length closer to the "front of the line", even though the traffic may stretch to the horizon.
