Sure, a Kamado can smoke, but its real beauty is that you can get a nice 800 to 1200 degree temp that is magic for searing meats or making crisp pizzas. That kind of temp would pretty much just burn through your fridge.

p.s.: I'll agree that some of the Komodo brand of kamado grills are pretty darned UGLY.
Wow... That is tandoor-level heat. Making some fresh naan and some tikka kebabs would be entirely possible with that guy. I didn't think it could get that hot!
